Ruby Mimosa
Impress your guests with a Ruby Mimosa bar at your next brunch, wedding shower or baby shower. Mimosas are so fun and festive! The Ruby Mimosa sans champagne, is a delicious non-alcoholic option, and won’t leave anyone feeling left out of the festivities.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Prosecco, Cava, or Champagne (chilled) 
- 2 oz Jinx Tea Ruby Punch (chilled) 
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice (chilled) 
For 8 Servings
- 1 Bottle Prosecco, Cava, or Champagne (chilled) 
- 16 oz Jinx Tea Ruby Punch (chilled) 
- 8 oz Pineapple Juice (chilled) 
Steps to Make It
- In champagne flute or other festive glass, combine Ruby Punch, Prosecco and pineapple juice. Adjust ingredients to preference. 
- Garnish with dehydrated orange slice or orange peel.
