Ruby Mimosa

Impress your guests with a Ruby Mimosa bar at your next brunch, wedding shower or baby shower. Mimosas are so fun and festive! The Ruby Mimosa sans champagne, is a delicious non-alcoholic option, and won’t leave anyone feeling left out of the festivities.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Prosecco, Cava, or Champagne (chilled)

  • 2 oz Jinx Tea Ruby Punch (chilled)

  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice (chilled)

For 8 Servings

  • 1 Bottle Prosecco, Cava, or Champagne (chilled)

  • 16 oz Jinx Tea Ruby Punch (chilled)

  • 8 oz Pineapple Juice (chilled)

Steps to Make It

  1. In champagne flute or other festive glass, combine Ruby Punch, Prosecco and pineapple juice. Adjust ingredients to preference.

  2. Garnish with dehydrated orange slice or orange peel.
