Jinx Tea was founded to bring joy in beverage form, and to follow in nobody’s footsteps. We partnered with the best in the beverage, culinary and tea worlds to craft our lower-sugar, adventurous-palate drinks, originally offered in kegs and crowlers at local breweries. And now, we’re offering our sustainably farmed, elevated offerings to bring joy to new audiences, and deliver opportunity to like-minded partners.

It all started when…
I had a craving for an interesting, flavorful cold tea. It didn’t exist in the market, so I started experimenting in my kitchen.
I leveraged my culinary training - experimenting with a variety of ingredients and flavor combinations, taking inspiration from food, cocktails, travel destinations, and culture. The results were something radically fun, and truly unique: a refreshing cold-brewed iced tea, yet sophisticated with bolder flavors from fruit, aromatics and delicate florals.
Through a partnership with the revered Verdant Tea, we not only got access to the highest quality hand-harvested heritage teas, we help support farmers and small farming communities in China! And thus, Jinx Tea was born, mixing a desire to delight with a passion for doing things the right way, because we choose to.
We started out with the Jinx Tea truck serving our cold crafted tea around the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. We also offered up this fizzy tea delight in kegs and crowlers, and it became staples at local breweries. Popularity and fandom ensued, and soon our own storefront came to be, serving this now signature cold crafted tea, and acting as an incubator for one fresh new idea after another.
Today, we are focused on Jinx Tea for everyone, everywhere, any time—but in every can, you’ll still find the inspiration, love and culinary obsession that set us in motion.
