The methods we use to make this one-of-a-kind cold-brewed culinary concoction? Well, they’re unparalleled. We’re the only brand crafting iced tea with culinary expertise and cold-brewing to perfection. We’re the only cold tea brand using the highest quality ingredients and hand-harvested teas from small family farms in China. Most other brands rely on extracts and concentrates. Our Approach

Jinx co-founder and creative director Jennifer Wills is a trained chef who brings an irreverent attitude and insatiable curiosity to our recipes. It’s why some of our drinks defy description, as culinary-level flavors are crafted from haute-cuisine ingredients, including bold spices, delicate herbal infusions, and some of the finest teas in the world.

  • We’ve never been a fan of carbonated drinks that are overwhelming, either in flavor or in bubbles. It’s why we treat our fizz as a carefully balanced ingredient, and make sure that its presence elevates the nuanced notes of our recipes, and never overwhelms the experience of sipping joyfully.

  • Cinnamon. Molasses. Thai chili pepper. Turmeric. Peruse our ingredient labels, and you’ll see some surprises on the list. That’s because our expertly crafted recipes are made with a careful sense of balance, unexpected flavor elements, and that certain je ne sais quoi. As well as zero weird, impossible-to-pronounce chemicals as preservatives or flavor enhancers.

  • Nuanced depths from premium cold-brewed oolong and black teas. Intense florals from hibiscus and passionfruit. Subtle sweetness from raspberry, pineapple, mango and more. And always sparkling with colors that you know come from nature. All making you proud to pour our bubbly-fresh beverages over ice and share with everyone you love.

  • Jinx partners with farmers in China who are cultivating and harvesting teas in ways that are centuries—if not epochs—old. Logistically and operationally, these traditional methods are slow, patient, tedious and painstaking. But from a quality and flavor perspective: they’re unrivalled.

The tea is grown in some of the hardest-to-reach, high-elevation regions of the country, grown in biodiverse environments that make mechanized harvesting impossible. As a result: birds and animals provide pest control, water comes from pure underground springs, and the leaves are harvested by hand, finished in small batches, and perfected by tea masters intent on preserving their land and their traditions for generations to come.
