Jinx Tea Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are food and beverage items, we do not accept returns on opened or perishable products for safety and quality reasons.

That said, we want you to have a great experience. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to help.

Eligible Issues (within 30 days of delivery):

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items sent

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

How to Request Help:

Please email info@jinxtea.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s)

Photo evidence is usually sufficient, and we typically won’t ask you to return the product.

Important Notes:

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be unopened and unused to be eligible for consideration (except in cases of damage or defect)

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the claim is approved

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our error
